At American Sports Car Design, we take
a lot of pride in customer satisfaction. So it stands to reason
that we would want to show off some of the great work that our
customers are doing with some of the products the we make. To
all those who have contributed to our showcase, we say thanks,
and keep up the excellent work!
This
is a picture of my 84 Trans Am with your ta-800 hood
on it. I installed the hood and did the paint work
myself. ( Okay, my wife and son helped too!) This
is the second hood that I have purchased from you
guys. I also have a 91 Trans Am with a TA-500 hood
on it. I will be sending those pics soon. I want to
commend your staff for their great service. It's not
very often that you find employees that actually give
customer service anymore. Thanks for a great product
and prompt shipping,
Ken Patrick
When I was in
the market for a new hood for my 1995 Pontiac TransAm,
I didn't want to have a hood like everyone else
had, so I decided to go with the ASCD TA-400 hood.
I have had endless compliments since I made that
decision. The hood was finished and installed by
Carlson's Auto Body in Lima, PA. Even the owner
of the shop was impressed with the quality and how
the hood fit the car perfectly. I am looking forward
to the car shows this spring! Thanks again and keep
up the good work.

This is one of
our customers from Switzerland. His car is
a 1982-92 Camaro with our SS style hood.

Thanks ASCD for
making a great product! The TA-500 hood was just what
I needed to get the perfect amount of clearance for
my new engine and manifold setup. Your people helped
me out too! I am surprised at the quality and the nice
looks! Especially the ones I get from other people!

This
is my 87 IROC-Z Camaro with your SS Style hood and
High Rise IROC rear wing. This pair made the car look
so much more aggressive. Since the completion of the
body panels and paint job it has taken 1st in the
last four local car shows I have entered. All I need
now is the air box to make the hood functional ! This
size wing should have come on this car ! Keep up the
good work. Thanks again. Chris

I
bought a Dayton hood and a turbo wing from your company
a while back ago. I still have yet to put the wing
on but I am still working on the car. It's a 1985
Iroc that is supercharged with nos waiting to go on.
The car only has 53,000 miles on it. I guess you can
say I baby it.... I do hope to see my ride on your
site soon.
I also forgot to mention that it was great to get
a fiberglass hood that all I had to do was paint.
I have to thank you for that. It's hard to find that
kind of quality now days in fiberglass parts. I am
also sorry to hear that you no longer do corvette
parts seeing how I am redoing a 71 stingray, but hey
I still have two Camaros that need work. Once again
thank you for the quality parts. Glenn

This is the Turbo Daytona Hood I purchased from you
guys in May of 2001. My father and I finally found
the time to complete this and get
it on my '84 Z28 Camaro in October of 2001. This car
has been in a continuous state of restoration. Back
in January of '99 it was wrapped around a telephone
pull and considered to be a total (as you can see,
this Z28 has come a long way from a totaled car).
For the most part, it is all stock spec (with a couple
minor exceptions). I learned about this hood during
my search for parts to repair my Camaro from that
telephone pole accident in '99. Looking at it now
is a dream come true and has taken about 3 years to
do it.

Here's
a picture of my 95 z28. A definite improvement and
there's none like it around. It's amazing how much
noticeable just putting it on made it. The engine
runs cooler and overall quality was great. Jonathan
I have a pic attached
that shows your awesome hood, I love this hood. I had
my car body work and paint just done about 2 yrs ago
now and I just added rims last year, not sure if I will
keep them or go with Chrome or Silver Cobra R Y2k's 18
x 8 in the front and 18 x 9 in the rear.. my dyno run
(video and pics), list of mods and alot of pics of my
car are at the links below.. I have changes I want to
make so I might give you guys some later pics of different
mods I want to do, like a LX rear bumper with 3.5"
dual stainless tips sticking out in the rear with a
Cobra R wing also. This is a lifetime project so
I will upgrading for a long long time :) and I like
to change things. Thanks Amercian Sports Car Design
for making a hood that I wanted to look like the Cobra
R but better, a T-bird SC, could you guys make a replacement
bumper that would look like the cobra R for T-Birds
? :) Thanks Again Alex LaChance http://www.bristoldyno.com
